Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits
A reservation deposit (currently $50 CAD per unit) holds your place in the
current wave and locks in your Early Birdie price of $500 CAD per unit.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit applies toward your total, with
the remaining balance (currently $450 CAD per unit) due before shipment.

Transfers
A reservation may be transferred to another person at no charge. Contact
us at team@mulli.ca or through mulli.ca/contact to arrange a transfer.

When we do refund
We will issue a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel your reservation,
if a product change materially reduces the core functionality described at
the time of your reservation, or if we correct a pricing error affecting
your order. Refunds required by applicable consumer protection law are
always honoured. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may
take 5-10 business days to appear.

After launch
Once products ship, returns are governed by the return policy published at
the time of purchase and our 2-year warranty.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any
time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month
refunds unless required by law.
